Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s simply turning off the noise which we are constantly bombarded with. Just quiet the mind…dive inside yourself.
My favorite visualization is sitting on a beach gazing at the vast ocean and breaking surf.
Focusing on the breath. Inhale to count of 4, hold for count of 4, then release to count of 4.
If thoughts interrupt, place them in a bubble and let them float away.
Meditation cleanses and nourishes you from within.
